 We machine a wide range of materials such as Aluminium, Engineering Steel, Tool Steel, Stainless, Titanium, Engineering Plastics, Macor Machinable Glass Ceramic, Brass, Bronze, Copper, Composites, Magnesium and even Tungsten. If what you require is not here please feel free to contact us and ask.

What is our lead time?

Normally our turnaround time is 7 days depending on type of material and quantity. We will provide you with a lead time when we quote and keep you updated the whole time until you receive your order.

Do you provide post machining processes?

​

We work with multiple local companies to provide processes such as painting, plating, powder coating, etc.

This way you can order a part and have a completely finished product delivered to you.

Do you have a minimum quantity order?

​

No, we specialise in prototype and small batch work. Many of our jobs are one off parts.

What file types can I send?

​

Using our software we are able to use almost all CAD software formats. You can email us a .pdf or .dxf drawing of a part or a 3d model format such as .stp or .sldprt.

Can I send a hand drawn sketch or an image of a part?

​

Yes of course, we have reverse engineered many parts for our customers.
